Plug-In Hybrid Automaker to Reopen a GM Plant Using a DOE Loan
Fisker Automotive will use a $359 million loan from DOE to
revive a shuttered General Motors Corporation (GM) auto
plant in Delaware and build its new plug-in hybrid sedan.
