To support local energy efficiency projects and
conservation efforts, DOE has awarded Recovery Act funds to
Idaho, Nevada, New Jersey, Oregon, Puerto Rico, South
Dakota, and the U.S. Virgin Islands under its Energy
Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant program.
