Suzanne Hunt

Suzanne Hunt is the Biofuels Project Manager at Worldwatch Institute.
She has extensive environmental research, policy, education and
planning experience, ranging from watershed management planning in New
York State and sustainable forestry in Pennsylvania to teaching salt
marsh ecology to students in North Carolina.  Most recently, as a
research fellow at Environmental Defense, Suzanne focused on social and
environmental safeguard policy reform at the International Finance
Institutes, working with Congress, multilateral organizations, the
press and civil society groups on an inter-organizational campaign to
strengthen international lending policy. She has also worked as a
special assistant at the organization to help bring back endangered
species by working with farmers in the wine and grape industry. In this
project, Suzanne also analyzed federal agricultural conservation
programs and made recommendations to improve their accessibility to
farmers and conservation
effectiveness.
